Same as other experiences.The company is not contactable, don't publish their address and I have several parcels gone 'missing', despite waiting weeks for them.

Website is always down. No clear information about packages. Don't understand why anyone will use their service. Worse. :(

All it says is”new website coming soon” I put tracking number in and it tells me label created and time and date. Looks like a shell company for something dodgy. Parcel “overnight “ never arrived.
