Absolute joke of a bank! Would like to leave no stars but I can't! My dad has banked with natwest for 40 years and out of nowhere they have closed his account without any notice. He rang up immediately and after speaking to about 5 different people nobody would help or clarify why it was shut. It was his personal account...
