Never have I received such shockingly awful customer service. Went to pick up an Ebay parcel. Didn't have the collection code (this is becsuse the parcel wasn't scanned by Londis) but had a photo of the parcel as sent to me by Evri when it was delivered. I was asked for ID - showed my bank card - was told this is not acceptable... read full comment

Noisy aircon over warm rooms poor breakfast bacon and blackpudding both dried out and nothing on the plate was hot.Handy to stay if you're doing a concert in Nottingham. £149 a bit pricey as was the wine.
