Went into the branch today only to be told that you can't discuss your accounts in branch - only by telephone appointment or online.Would have given no stars butter review system won't let you give less than 1 star

Bit of a mixed bag to be honest. Been my main bank forever and are conveniently located and open until 1pm Saturdays which is a god send to me as I work in the week.
