Terrible practice, started calling at 8am 116 attempts later I get through at 8:16am to be told there’s no appointments left and that my elderly grandma can’t have an appointment only a telephone slot left or go to the hospital! My gran has dementia and a telephone call is just not suitable at all for this type of problem... read full comment

The doctor I’ve met today and over the last couple of appointments I must say is truly fantastic!She is genuinely caring, has time to listen, empathetic whilst also being very thorough and informative…We have had some good discussions about my treatment along with other subjects around prescribing of controlled substance... read full comment
