Why is this place only open 8am till 10am? They obviously do not understand that the reason they have the parcel for us to collect is because they couldn’t deliver when people are at work during the day! Every item now receives a 2nd delivery attempt the next working day as standard. If after this attempt you’ve received a ‘Something for you’ card stating to contact us you can arrange a hassle free redelivery on a day of your choice and to an alternative address or a collection point of your choice (Post Office), this can be arranged on the Royal Mail website or the Royal Mail app.
