Phoned up Kwick Fit Whitehaven following a puncture and shocking service by BMW assist the previous evening whilst visiting the Lake District. Discussed the issue with my car. Received a good explanation of the possible causes and how they would proceed. Carried out the work in a timely manner and phoned me when it was ready to collect. I feel confident that I get good, honest advice when I go here.
