Had my first massage with Mandy today and I have to say, from the minute you meet her you know you’re in safe, professional hands. Felt extremely comfortable, warm and relaxed the whole time. I've been going to TopBod for over a year now, Mandy has helped massively with my frozen shoulder which was the reason for my initial visits and since with "general maintenance" which has improved my wellbeing. She gives advice on posture and simple exercises to help between sessions. Friendly and professional throughout.
