Downright rude.Not just the once ( everyone has a bad day) but consistently aggressively rude.Unfortunately there isn’t another newsagent on the town centre.

Friendly and helpful staff - paper delivery service excellent. Martins is a great shop to have in the town.

Really rude and unfriendly staff. Ignorant, aggressive and stuck in their ways.They supposedly offer a parcel service but every time you turn up with a parcel they either refuse you or make rude and aggressive comments.Horrendous staff. Needs an overhaul.
