Can’t fault the team, just amazing. I originally ordered a hand print necklace back in 2021, I needed a replacement chain and messaged HOH via Facebook messenger. The team were so lovely and found my original order and helped find the appropriate chain, ordered and arrived very swiftly. I wanted to add an additional charm...

A really kind, compassionate, and thoughtful service throughout. I was kept updated regularly on the progress of my pieces, and I am so pleased with the final results. They were also ready long before my expected completion date. I cannot recommend them enough.
