Turned up on time for flu jab appointment, only to be ignored as someone else jumped in. Waited 15 minutes but still no appointment. Told counter assistant i had booked appointment for 11.45 but now had to leave as i was late for other things. All i got as a response was ok. An apology would have been nice.
