Lucky if we get post once a week,the previous managers were ok,but the new manager is bald and useless.Can't fault the postie's though,their just led by an inept management who think their something their not.

Fantastic service from the Manager today, redelivered my parcel which I had gone to collect but was out on one of the vans.Cannot praise Maryport Royal Mail Group enough…. and like another lady said, out in all weather delivering our mail, so ThankYou all.

Neil delivers my post ,in rain hail & snow top man ,always polite and friendly ?, only downfall the mailing office shuts very early, and you cannot collect a missed parcel on the day, but good all round ? 4 star due to mail office shuts early no good, but in general good service from Neil and staff ? ? ?
