Booked for food. Nice pub, good atmosphere. Great log fire. Good choice of beers. Food fairly standard but very nice. Pies reputedly awesome, but didn't try these. Service quite relaxed timewise.

Stopped by with friends for an evening meal. midweek No complaints,Nice choice on menu ie pub classics,l. Whilst prices weren't cheap considered them reasonable. Definitely will visit again

Been here a few times, the meals are always lovely .Noteworthy details: There is some parking outside but there is a car park on the opposite side of the road
