Best customer service from start to finish The staff at this venue are all super friendly and helpful. I had a problem with ordering on the app and they went the extra mile to help me. On the way back feom Scotland heading to Wales i pulled in for a break and something to eat. It was the usual Mackys but with a nice view. Food was what you would expect nothing outstanding. Whilst sitting eating, i noticed the staff at Costa coffee next door smile a lot more!

Got food poisoning from chicken. Really ill. Made complaint to M McDonald's. Tried calling branch at Killington Lake to make sure other people didn't get the bad food but no answer.
