I had not long arrived in Keswick when I realized the rubber cap on the metal tip of my trek pole was finished. I went to several outdoor stores, even the brand store I bought it from. To no avail could I find this 'simple' piece. I have MS and really needed my pole to be in tact and not damage the cobble stone pathways,...

Found a couple of things I needed at a good price, compared to other stores. Quick friendly service.

I bought some boots from millets in tenby and a few months later they split, I’m touring the uk and I was in Keswick in the lakes, so I took them back to millets in Keswick and the manger sorted me out a refund as I had already bought a new pair from a shop in coniston where I was staying for a few days, excellent service.
