Was in Kendal and needed somewhere to train and this place ticked all the boxes. Great place and the staff were sound.

Fantastic gym to train at with everything you need and the owner is there to help and a good chat for advice too ,,really enjoyed myself there and I hope to go again soon as I driver all over the country
