Love this bank better than my old bank HSBC the staff are easy and friendly to talk too. You can get things sorted by going into the bank without phoning. Good English speaking staff that understand your needs. Thumbs-up for Nat West. ?

The bank itself is great but trying to contact NatWest by phone or on line is a nightmare always when it is urgent or important you can't contact anyone I have been a NatWest customer since 1971 time for a change I think

Very disappointed with Natwest, I’ve had endless problems from my account being not letting me use it, unable to transfer money and even with staffs help it wasn’t much better. I’ve been trying to sort a mortgage out and it has been a nightmare Avoid them
