Very helpful in store at Kendal. Mattie, who also works Lancaster, talked us through it and organised the surveyor to measure & give is an exact costing & phoned afterwards to finalise.Plus we got a 2nd room carpet deal & our preferred fitting date. Great service.

Went into the store about a year ago and ordered a new floor to be fitted. The fitters did a worse job than I could have done myself. Contacted the store and sent photos, and were quite intimidating when it came to payment. The manager agreed and informed me that the fitters were new and that they’d had similar complaints...
