A very friendly gentleman served me today he was very helpful and got me all sorted with my enquiry very quickly!! The lady's also offered me assistance and was also very helpful and kind!! Overall I would say this was one of the best barclays experiences I've had!! Well done team 10/10

The Laundry Shop in Kendal only takes one pound coins and they do not offer them in the shop, so I was told to go to a bank to exchange my pound notes for pound coins. Super helpful staff, as efficient as the Barclays corporate machine allow them to be. Make daily banking for small local business as pleasant a chore as its possible to be. The local touch goes a long way to alleviating the frustration of dealing with a large bank.
