Kind of pricey, but everywhere in Hawkshead is, and the food was very nice.

Highly recommended. The Indian Style Nachos are a neat twist on a standard starter. Both the lamb and the fish mains were excellent. We finished by sharing the cheese board. Yummy.

Dropped in very late one September evening not expecting to even get served. We were welcomed and had a delicious, warming lamb stew. Very well presented food.
