Slow service. Only one person on serving, doing their best, but the queue was over 15 minutes. Cakes were dry. To be fair, I should have noticed they weren't covered and gone somewhere else.

Nice ice cream, but the toilets are disgrace and in a restaurant too. Filthy floors, door handles, bins, one tap not working and generally just very unhygienic.

Lovely cafe attached to the garden centre in Grasmere. Good range of cakes and hot and cold drinks. Staff are great too.
