We had an excellent one night stay, the rooms are spotlessly clean with beautiful decor. The staff are extremely efficient as well as being relaxed and helpful. Located on the outskirts of Dalton-in Furness in the Cumbrian countryside a former coaching inn, the Black Dog is still run as a traditional, local pub. The quarry tiled floors, rustic beams and log fires are cosy in the winter while our decked terrace is enjoyed on sunny days throughout the year.
With a wide range of both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, there’s sure to be something for all tastes. We have a superb range of award winning ales and draught beers, serving a great selection of wines, gins and whiskeys
