Bought a Sony TV from Sony Centre Carlisle in 2021. Couple of weeks ago due to a panel fault a white line appeared on my screen and wouldn’t disappear. Following this I contacted the centre and within a couple of weeks a replacement was delivered and installed. Excellent customer service from start to finish
