I called in desperation as an ex partner had taken my items to the charity shop, most of which were given to me by my late father. Beth went above and beyond to find them for me when she could have told me no. I will always be thankful to her.\\n\\nAlso thank you to the lovely lady, I unfortunately don't know your name, who helped me pack the stuff away and gave me a hug.\\n\\nVery caring and understanding staff ?”

“The Otter statue in the centre is worth a visit, as is the Itinerant Fiddler. Also alot of art pieces on the wall.\\n\\nGood place to wander about, wide flat corridors with many small shops, and it has lifts. Seems generally accessibly designed. Can get very busy and loud. There are some benches around to sit down at, and public seating areas near some restaurants. Roof overhead means rain isn't a problem while inside.”

“We decided to get out today and go to Carlisle. Love the shops here especially as Dumfries has hardly any shops left open after the pandemic!.I love looking in Primark! They have such a selection of clothes for the whole family, and also home wares upstairs. I purchased a lovely pink large sized throw for the lounge, as we are changing the colour scheme. It was only £12, I wish now that I had bought two!A lovely young girl served me, she not only was a beautiful looking young lady, but she was so happy and had a great personality.Had a nice hot drink at the muffin stop in the Lanes. I really recommend Primark, they have excellent prices, and it's not all cheap throwaway stuff. Amazing that some of their things, (clothes), are made from the cycled plastic!”
