Check both your receipts and your bank statement - they gave me the receipt for my petrol of £40.28 but charged my bank £62.73. Station won't refund me - say I have to ask Shell - who are really stretching it out (I call them lunchtime and then have to wait until 8.15 the next day to get an email asking me all the same... read full comment
