I've just had 3 Apple MacBook devices reset back to factory settings as they were running slow and needed cleaned up. Also I had over 5,000 photos transferred from an old laptop onto one of the Macbooks.The lady who looked after me (The Assistant Manager) was patient and explained what they had done and overcame a couple of issues I was going to have with the photos being transferred which has worked perfectly.The full process was completed within a day and they did everything I wanted and more.I can highly recommend the Carlisle Select Store for their patience, knowledge and excellent customer service.

The staff here were incredible with me, particularly Hannah! This morning i came in to get new tips for my Apple Pencil and they were all really welcoming and lovely! I went off and when I went to change the tip to the new one, I realised the only one had actually snapped off inside the Apple Pencil, I went back to the store to see if there was a solution and Hannah was fantastic and took my Apple Pencil off to try and get the remains of the tip out. I was so overwhelmingly pleased when she returned with it fixed and sorted, ready for a new tip saving me a potentially expensive visit! I am so grateful and would recommend the store!

SELECT was formally STORMFRONT before, and maintains its high quality display of all the Apple products.I was impressed by the great service following having the battery replaced on my IPhone 8.There were some hiccups but everything was resolved to my satisfaction thank you.

We attempted to purchase through their website after Carlisle said they had none in stock. Completed the online order only ro receive an error at the end after entering payment info. After the 2nd time I gave up only to find they had charged my c/card £1400. Bank said Stormfront fault so called them and they wanted nothing to do with it saying call your bank. We then went into the store and they were just as non-helpful as their Head Office. Clearly they have money issues so don't touch them with a bargepole!

Very poor customer service! I was advised by one of the staff I needed a Apple ipencil Gen 2 for my daughter's iPad first Gen, tuns out I needed Gen I Apple ipencil, was bought one week ago today! Went to shop today and they didn't want to know because I'd taken the wrapper off!

Recently booked a service appointment & took my iPad into the store as the microphone suddenly stopped working, was told that my warranty was void because of 2 tiny suface scratches on my screen (the device is 8 months old) & I should "try my luck" with the retailer who sold me it and that Apple don't fix anymore they just replace and they wouldn't replace my device. Didn't even try to look at the issue. Contacted Apple directly who told me the microphone is covered by warranty and that they do repair devices and don't just replace & they arranged for my device to be picked up from my home for repair. Funny enough it is actually being replaced by Apple as there is no fix and my warranty is fine. Should have just cut the store out in the first place, as they just told me incorrect information.

I would like to tell you how well I was looked after on my recent visit into the Storm Front shop in Carlisle .The staff were all so wonderfully kind ,sympathetic and helpful.Various ideas were resurrected to solve my problem all with the greatest concern for myself. With a great deal of time and discussions the team resolved my problem . The whole team help each other in a most friendly way making the atmosphere in the shop most welcoming.Thank you all so very much ,I promise not to cause such mayhem next time I come in !!Yours Janet

Always found the staff really helpful and pretty knowledgeable about Apple products. A couple of my neighbours have bought iPads in this store and attended the courses that Stormfront run for new users just to get them started. They are now Apple devotees !

Screen burst of my iwatch through the battery swelling , stormfront told me it would be a electricity surge in house i checked it out and found out the iwatch had a fault so i went back with watch this time he actually checked to see if i was covered said i was covered but you will need a appointment with our service , so i arranged appointment drove back again that day and they told me i wasn?t covered , i spike to the very man who told me i was covered and come back wit a appointment snd he just changed his story, so my confidence in there honesty has gone.
