“All the staff here are excellent, so professional and friendly regardless of how busy this city centre post office gets. Much better than the service I’ve had in other cities London, Exeter, Bournemouth and Cambridge. Though could do with dedicated self service postal machines that I’ve used elsewhere which can help decrease the queues at peak times and convenient”

“I missed a delivery yesterday and didn't here the doorbell this morning. After telephoning to ask if I could collect it and what time the office shut on a Saturday the CSO said the office would be closed before the postlady finished her rounds so he would telephone and ask if she could swing round on her way back. Fabulous service and very grateful as the package contained a birthday present needed for today!”

“As a local I would highly recommend; not only for purchasing bits & bobs needed for the home but for its Post Office! The store being open: Monday-Thursday 6am-8pm, Friday-Saturday 6am-9pm and Sunday 7am-8pm. As with all Post Offices the opening time for this is different to the actual store being open but do not let that deter you: You can pick up Amazon deliveries from behind the counter past Post Office closing times AND from recent personal experience (wanting to deposit cash into my bank account) should the Post Office clerk still be on shift past Post Office opening hours there's the chance that they will honour your requirements. I'd call that service "going above and beyond" :)”
