Fabulous, Friendly, Family est ?I Highly recommend for any jewellery, trophy or plaque essentials such as cleaning repairing adjusting or even a simple evaluation. I surprise my husband by getting his chain fixed That was 25 years old we didn?t think of getting evaluated but we are very very happy that we did.

I just wanted to say how great the service was here.I have a very sentimental watch with a bracelet that had become so loose i was concerned to wear it just in case i lost it. I did not want to send it off in the post to a "high end manufacturer in London" at all so I did a google search locally to find a jewellers that had a 'real' jeweller on the premises who could see it and advise if it was possible to repair it.I called the shop, explained my issue and was advised by a lovely Lady called Becky who reassured me that they did indeed have a jeweller on the premises who would be more than happy to look.Martin the jeweller, look at it, did his magic within a few minutes and i now have a secure reliable bracelet on my precious, sentimental watch.Thankyou, highly recommended.

I took my engagement ring in today to be repaired and be rhodium plated, it took around 1 hour and looks amazing. Thank you for the brilliant service.

Superb service, after loosing a stone out of my engagement ring even with lockdown sorted within a week and looks amazing again.
