“I bought a beautiful bracelet for my daughter’s birthday in January and , unfortunately, a tiny stone fell out last week . We only had the gift receipt so I phoned ahead and was pleasantly reassured that that receipt would suffice. We brought the bracelet into the store on Monday and were immediately offered a replacement bracelet without any prompting or query.
