House of fraser in Carlisle is probably one of the most unprofessional and unfriendly department stores I've had the misfortune to visit and I shall not be going back !!

I was told at the checkout that the gift card I had was not valid for purchasing a PlayStation 5 console. I paid over 500£ in cash and I was scammed because I could have done it.
