“Good breakfast, very helpful staff. All that was disappointing was that the tables needed clearing, and ours was a little sticky. But it seemed only two staff were working hard to keep up with demand.”

“A well sized room, heating was good. Good comfy bed, there wasn't too much noise from other rooms and the doors closed quietly in the halls. The only real note would be the water pressure being slightly low, but I was on the top floor.”

“I went for the weekend very last minute got a room no problem. The staff were all fantastic and couldn't do enough for you, the rooms were clean and modern with everything and more I will be going back reasonably prices for the hotel itself. And the breakfast was beautiful too.Rooms: Double rooms and bed was massive clean and tidy 5* rooms.”

“Checkin quick and easy, we were given our meal deal voucher and booked table for dinner. We booked one of the new premier plus rooms this was lovely well worth the small extra cost. Beth served us at dinner, she was lovely and pleasant. Food was excellent and brilliant value. We would recommend purchasing the meal deal included breakfast next day. Margaret served us breakfast, she was lovely and pleasant. Breakfast was buffet and lots of choice. Would recommend this premier inn as a great place to stay in Carlisle, hope to be back soon.”

“What a lovely hotel, we were greeted with smiles and asked how our travels were pur room was clean ans the beds were so comfie the kids had a brilliant sleep and us too, we were welcomed with a big bag of sweets from the cleaning team... overall we will be returning here from now on..Dinner and breakfast is all on site.. with one paying adult kids eat free.Rooms: Room was clean and spare pillowsFood & drinks: The restaurant is attached to the hotel so no need to go outside between mealsNoteworthy details: Staff were really friendly and welcoming ?”
