Went just before xmas for removal and new nails. The appt went horribly wrong and I was let home with the nails that not only spoiled my first pics with my newborn baby but I was embarrassed to go out over xmas. The greedy owner refused to refund them, giving plenty of excuses and blaming me for having to stop her own appt...
