I use co-op daily via Uber. Staff have always been friendly & helpful, especially Kelly who usually picks & packs my orders!

One member of staff behind the tills, one walked passed me as I put my chose goods on the counter to be served. Both ignored my presence and expected me to use the self service.I don't work for the Coop and the Coop doesn't pay me so my money will be spent elsewhere where humans serve customers, Lidl.
