I would give a zero ratings, Customer service is awful. No response to emails its been over 10days since my 1st email followed by many more and still no response. I would advice not to order from this place as the returns will take forever.

Do not use this company they are scammers!Never received my refund for my return. The shoes didn?t fit and sent them back they told me the box was damaged I sent them back in so no refund will be given.Very rude unprofessional. Wished I read the reviews before ordering! Do not risk it!

I recently had an experience with CHO that was unfortunately far from satisfactory. My primary concern lies in the unprofessionalism and dismissiveness I encountered in their customer service responses. This was particularly evident in the handling of my return issue, which I believe could have been managed with more understanding and empathy.Firstly, I faced significant health challenges that prevented me from returning my purchase to a Royal Mail drop-off point in a timely manner. Despite explaining this situation, there was a noticeable lack of compassion or willingness to accommodate these exceptional circumstances. A more customer-centric approach, acknowledging and addressing such personal difficulties, would have been appreciated and more in line with the service one expects from a reputable retailer.Additionally, there were technical issues with the return portal provided by CHO, which further complicated the return process. The lack of acknowledgment or responsibility for this technical glitch added to the frustration. This issue, coupled with the health challenges I faced, should have been considered more thoughtfully in their response to my request for a refund.Overall, my experience with CHO's customer service was disheartening. As a customer, I hoped for a more understanding and professional response, especially under challenging circumstances. It is crucial for businesses to recognise and adapt to unique customer situations, and unfortunately, this was not my experience with CHO.

My name is Denis. I ordered Boss sneakers and I didn't want to pick them up, because it wasn't mentioned that they are subject to customs duty, which seriously increases the price of the item. And that they will be sent via FedEx 784891989431The item was returned to the sender, and I haven't been able to get my money back for 40 days. We have exchanged at least 15 emails, and every time he lies.I would not recommend anyone to buy through them. Rude, unhelpful, and clearly a scam. I will make all the correspondence public, so that you understand what kind of site it is.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am not sure this company know what customer service is, I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.I placed an order and when it arrived one of the items was missing I though it would come separately as it had like a pen scribbles on the dispatch note. After a couple of days I contacted then to say I had not got the item. There customer service leaves a lot to be desired, at first they were quite polite. My last email response I got from them was this.............Please see a copy of the dispatch confirming both items were shipped.I am not sure where we go from there as everything we have done confirms everything was shipped to you.I got in touch with PayPal as luckily I always use them and they have now got me a refund. All I can say is please please do not use this company and if you do be very careful. Do not expect good customer service though if something goes wrong.

I try to shop local independent, but on this occasion I could not find this item in my size. A quick google search and I came across this website and the item I was looking for at a reasonable price. I ordered on Monday night, and on Thursday received the item well packed and in perfect condition. I would definitely use this company again and the fact they are an independent is a bonus.

I ordered from this company, paid for next day delivery with DPD, there was no option to request redelivery to a DPD pick-up point so my order was returned and I have been charged for delivery and return and never even received my order. Emailed to try and resolve and customer service were no help at all and just said it was my responsibility to be in to receive the parcel. No apology or resolution. Awful company, would not recommend. Please purchase elsewhere to avoid a similar situation.
