Excellent service. I popped in the day before and left due to being nervous about asking to look at something.Went in the next day, greeted upon entry and after a good few minutes browsing at the cabinets, I was kindly approached.Grabbed a few items for my collection and I was treated with respect the entire time. Fantastic!

Recently, my husband and I attended your store in Carlisle and I simply had to tell someone about the customer service I experienced whilst there.I waited in a very short queue for a minute or so as a young lass called Amy (I believe) answered phone calls, then she proceeded to help me sell a 3DS I had. Initially I didn?t realise that this games console was limited edition, and she informed me they could offer me £40. I was absolutely elated as this money was the only thing that would be able to give me electricity for the week whilst waiting for student finance to begin. I was absolutely desperate for money and bordering on crying when I came into the store, but this young lass put a big smile on my face- not only for the money but for the absolutely immaculate, happy, joyful service I received. Requiring assistance to clarify something, she called upon a manager named Jim. Who was as wonderful as Amy herself. They couldn?t have been more kind or respectful, and absolutely went out of their way to help us.Something that I thought was incredibly admirable about these two employees is that they clearly took time to empathise with patrons of this store, they treat everyone with respect and patience and empathy. In no way at any point did I feel judged for the financial dire straights, they were SO kind.Please send me sincerest love and gratitude to Amy and Jim. They are wonderful people and an absolute credit to your stores name.Thankyou so much for the service you guys provided me, it made the world of difference to me in a very very dark time.Hopefully I won?t need to use this service again, but if I do I hope I?m helped by them.

Absolutely terrible always selling dodgy and faulty goods and lying to their customers over pricing everything I would not recommend buying from this store. If it were up to me I would have this store closed down for good. I've even put a brand new phone I put on buy back with zero problems and when I got it back I had tons of problems I've also noticed it was left switched on as I now have a faulty battery ive even bought a Samsung tablet which has numerous problems with which I've returned and got my money back will never be using this store again absolute RIP off they never check any electrical items before selling.. so will be contacting the council and have them close the store down they deserve to be shut down after the way they treat customers its disgusting

I bought a camera lens and when I arrive home I found a problem in the lens, and when I went back to return it and get refund, they refused and claimed that I did this problem and it was my fault which is 100% not true, then they said to me that they have evedance video which shows that it was working perfectly so I told them please prove that and show me this video, then the sales man pretended that he is going to get the video and after he came back he said (I AM SORRY WE CAN'T SHOW YOU THE EVEDANCE VIDEO) and his answer was proof that they are scammer shop, and they didn't accept to return it back.. I don't recommend anyone to even cross in front there shop.

Used cash generators a while now all the staff are very polite and friendly cannot fault this store whatsoever on how they operate they will always go out there way to help their customer from their sale staff up to management they are all great people to deal with

Highly recommend this shop, 100%. The team of staff go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for no matter what it is. The shop is always very well presented with an excellent mix and choice of items. Staff are always very friendly and approachable, regardless of what time of day it is and never rush you even when it's closing time. I have purchased several items from here and never once been disappointed or had any cause for complaint, and have always been given a fair and competitive price. If you are looking for a bargain with excellent customer service, this is the shop you need to visit.

They were quite helpful, but I hate the way they make money off the poor, although that could be looked at from the other side. As in, they help us, when no one else will.
