Brian fell garage spot on got me in at the last minute johny managed to move jobs around and sorted my issue not a problem so thank you very much for a great service.be carefull of pot holes another issue as came up with the work that was done it isnt right so will be taking it back for them to have a look and sort the oroblem .which i am sure they will

The owner is a total piece of work. First and last time I'll be using this poor excuse for a garage.Left my car with them for a simple MOT, not once did they bother to ring me on a Saturday to come pick it up even after I'd gone in and asked them specifically when it would be ready, why didn't you explain you'll be closing soon and I would of happily waited.I turn up at 1pm to collect as I was non the wiser to when this place closes as I'd not being told anything, to then find the place shut and my car locked up. I desperately needed the car that day and ended up having to spend large amounts of money on transport.My wife goes to collect the car 2 days later and is just given a barrage of abuse by this moronic owner, threatens to withhold the car and says it all my fault - Let me make things absolutely clear, when I'd of returned I'd of gotten my car back, you don't make threats like that.Wow, your customer service is abysmal and why you still have a garage is beyond me - It's 2024, carry on behaving like that and you'll have no business. I'll be sure to let everyone know about your piss poor service.

I have used Brian's garage for many years now and have bought my last 5 cars from him. The staff are very friendly and professional and go that extra mile to make sure your car is in good condition. Great family run business. Saved our skin and our marriage. Husband thought Mot was end January. It was end December. Only discovered on way to Dover to catch ferry to France. Bryan Fell saw us within an hour and got us back the road. Excellent professionalism and customer service.
