Excellent service, although I was disappointed that I had to wait for 15 days for an appointment, and did not receive the exact timing of said appointment until the day before, fortunately the car was still drivable so I could still use it.

Had two of the Carlisle technicians come out to replace my windscreen. 20 mins after they left I went out to check and saw that they had damaged my scuttle board that runs along the bottom of the windscreen.
