“As you can see from the photograph the replaced drivers door and respray is absolutely perfect, there was no paintwork blend performed on the drivers side front wing indicating how perfect of a colour match can be achieved when using an approved body shop using genuine BMW parts and paint.Unfortunately there were a few mishaps along the way leading to some stress and upset for myself.Honestly I believe I probably was the unlucky one in an otherwise very few and far between incidence of complications.Overall, despite the stress, the "factory quality" end result was achieved.I would hope a car of mine would never require the services of a body shop again, however, as long as the utmost levels of care and attention to detail are displayed in future, I would have no problem using this body shop again as they have shown they are able to perform some very high quality workmanship despite some difficulties along the wayServices: Painting”

“Small things help massively. One of my vans got stopped by VOSA and had a prohibition order put on it ‘cause of a wing mirror indicator bulb not working (that’s it). Euro Car Parts (I have multiple accounts with) were utterly useless but these guys were bloody brilliant. The part was in stock, it cost peanuts and they delivered it to my driver at the VOSA check point. I insisted that they took some air fresheners and a few other bits to make it worthwhile but they refused as they’d rather give the customer what the need than take advantage. I wish I was able to do more than leave them a 5-star review. In fact, I think I will. Gregg’s delivered by Deliveroo for breakfast tomorrow morning!!! Yes yes. Thanks to all at NPA for your help.”

“Cheaper to order online with discount codes then go into collect although you have to pay online at the time of ordering not a massive problem but when your ordering for someone else would be easier to order it and they can collect and pay at collectionAlso only have one person serving at a time even when it's busy”
