Lovely cosy pub, nice atmosphere. Great service. Excellent food and a varied menu. We had mulled wine and pheasant burgers which were gorgeous, locally sourced.

the Newfield is a lovely cosy country pub with lots to offer from real ale, good country pub grub and not to mention we are surrounded with the beautiful Walna scar, Dow crag, caw & Harter fells.
it really is an amazing part of the world with plenty of exploring to be done.
