Pleasant, helpful staff. Store lovely and tidy (even the sale section). Always buy online normally, so nice to shop in-store for a change (I’m on holiday, my local Metrocentre store closed). Bought the Ruby coat in black, already have it in navy, good quality and great inside pocket to fit my phone. Washes and dries brilliant.
