Good customer service. Helpful staff about allergies and hot chocolate was nice. Dog friendly both inside and out and plenty of seating

We are locals and we cannot express enough our displeasure and disappointment. The male that appears to be the manager is arrogant and rude , and can’t be bothered neither with cleaning or customer service. Shame use to be out favorite place to unwind .
