Came in and found what I was looking for in 5 minutes; Kyle was very professional and scanned everything quickly, very good with the validation process of my money. Did come out with a mild headache but I think that’s just me.

Waited 20 mins for my parcel. Was only the 2nd person collecting, by the time someone decided to go upstairs there was at least 12 people waiting. No sorry for the wait. Just huffing and puffing. Terrible customer service. The place is getting worse
