They deliver to millom but not Kirkby. Have to drive through Kirkby to get to millom so can't understand why.

Ordered a large delivery, didn't turn up. Couldn't get through on the phone, went through twitter to find out the vans been broken down for hours! Reschedule for two days, get a text on that day saying more problems, then the next delivery available was 4 days away!Absolutely disgraceful

Online shop done on sun 24th sept for delivery on the wed 27th, no notifications whatsoever to inform me of delivery, found out via fb the van had broke down. The store not answering the phone and all customer services could do was email the store to say to get in touch ASAP. Can"t cancel the order as its been picked according... read full comment
