Absolutely horrible experience! I bought a sim card and paid £20 upfront for a package. I get back home to realize that, to activate the sim, I need to pay again. refused to accept my return of a phone because I had opened the box. I was not told this box could not be opened, and even though I brought in the original seals the staff member threw them in the bin.
