Had another lovely meal at this excellent village pub. Good service, brilliant food at reasonable cost.

I can't think of a better all round pub than the Fetherston Arms. The food is of a very high standard and hits the table piping hot. Not microwave hot, properly cooked through hot. The food is obviously freshly cooked just before delivery to the table, not prepared in advance and kept in a hot plate.The portions are generous... read full comment

5 weeks on the road in the motorhome and I didn’t fancy cooking my evening meal. Found myself not far from Kirkoswald, a quick Google and the Fetherston Arms sounded good for a visit and food.I received a lovely warm welcome and despite the tables being fully booked the landlady very kindly found me and my dog a table.... read full comment
