Why oh why does it take at least, if you are lucky, 35 or often more minutes to get prescription. It's a small shop serving a large community and drugs need to be kept in stock, prescriptions made up and on shelf ready for collection. A simple job made so difficult by the three people behind the scenes.

Wish I could be positive, but often (OFTEN!) don’t have drugs in stock, I nearly always have to come back another day, say I’m not in their system after 20 years going there, can never get my name right, take forever, need about 5 days notice, though the staff are always delightful.
