I ordered a pair of gloves on line and they arrived promptly. An exchange for a larger size was arranged by phone with no problem and the replacements are excellent.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering gloves online. They arrived promptly but one hand was bigger than the other. I rang and spoke to Rick who sounded doubtful of my claim but he asked me to return them which I did on 30th January 2015 together with a letter referring to our conversation.
