Whilst hubby had visited before, today was my 1st time here. Absolute gem of a place, a warm welcome, delicious food and a cozy atmosphere. Love finding cafes like this that offer good food and good prices. Will definitely pop in again if we’re ever passing by. Thank you

The food and service was brillant. The staff and rest of the customers were lovely. Great views. The weather wasn't the best but it didn't get in the way. We where heading up to Hartside pass. To see some of the Highland cows. Had a great day.

The staff were lovely, great people and food definitely worth it. We were heading to Hartside as we all ways visited. People were awsome.

A local farm based cafe set in the beautiful North Pennines and On the site of Epiacum Roman Fort.
As well as Selling local produce, including beef and lamb from the farm , we make all our own produce for the cafe - cakes and homemade pies etc.
Call in for coffee and cake or a leisurely lunch with friends.
