Stasi Screwfix at its best at this branch. Very abrupt staff member wouldn't serve me without my postcode and surname. Saw it wasn't worth arguing and gave a false name. When I pointed out I wasn't on their system I was treated with more contempt!

Not only was the lady behind the counter unhelpful, she made me do her job! Literally no one in shop and I need one item. Two servers at the til.
