Well I just heard the disappointing news that this branch will be closing soon. This is out of order because now the nearest one will be Truro. We not long lost the St.Austell branch so to lost this is disaster for customers and business people that pay in large amounts of money and can't afford to keep travelling to Truro.... read full comment

I would just like to praise Lucien for his help with overcoming our difficulties with the Barclays App and helping us to set up new accounts.So much nicer to deal with a real and helpful person than impersonal software.

Just been to the Wadebridge Branch at 15.10pm was told the counter service was closed at 15.00pm but bank was still open.Why are 3 staff sitting at counter but its closed?The web site says its open untilv1600pmI drove 14 miles and paid for car park
